Manage artwork, chapter scenes, visual masters and your reading checkpoint. Drafts stay in your private project file and this browser. Only approved entries within the confirmed boundary are published.
Import your project file to begin.
1. Open your private project
Download workspace.json from your private GitHub repository, then import it here. The public website cannot read private drafts automatically. Re-import the latest file before editing on a second device.

Approve artwork separately from its story placement. An approved appearance reference is not a verified chapter illustration.

5. Reading progress
Only the reader can confirm a new stopping point. Updating artwork never advances reading progress.
A changed boundary also requires uploading publication.json below. The build refuses a mismatch.
6. Check and publish
Check the approved output, download workspace.json and upload it to the private content folder, replacing the existing file. If you changed reading progress, upload publication.json to the repository root as well. Commit the files; Cloudflare builds the approved output automatically.
Downloading does not publish. The project file includes drafts and must remain outside public/. This browser saves your local work when storage is available. Keep an exported copy; work does not sync across devices.
